BAC hosts an annual football tailgate. Thanks to the generous support of local businesses, this event is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n

This annual unique event is a very entertaining, inspirational, and tasty treat for all those who attend.<\/p>\n

Black Alumni Chapter Scholarship<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This scholarship program administered through the YSU Foundation provides a 100% match for every dollar donated to the fund. The purpose of the scholarship is to increase retention and graduation of YSU African-American students by offering scholarships to qualified continuing students.<\/p>\n

Black Heritage 365<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Black Heritage 365<\/strong> strives to provide the YSU and larger Warren-Youngstown communities with access to programs and events that are focused on African American heritage and issues.<\/p>\n

\n

Young Alumni<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Social and educational events and activities targeted to recent YSU African-American graduates and alumni under the age of 35 to assist in career placement and development through networking opportunities and to increase participation in other BAC projects and programs.<\/p>\n
